Engagement Manager
We're looking for an exceptional individual to help expand our business across Europe. This individual must have an entrepreneurial sprit, self starter motivated and be ready to help customers to deliver innovative digital experiences and software solutions. If you are already comfortable with selling solution based projects and you now want to be responsible for positioning and selling solutions that others dream of doing.
You will be commercially savvy, understand legal contracts, be able to build great relationships, be a motivator and have a huge desire to be successful.
Project Manager
So we have a number of projects and it’s RMA’s belief that the ONLY way these projects can be successful is with great project management discipline. It goes without saying that we expect an on time, on budget , highly successful project for our customers and for RMA. You will be the focal point of communication and we expect that you will love to play this role and will be skilled in follow up selling and maintaining customers for the long term.
PMI or Prince certification would be good but we are just looking for really talented and committed individuals who love to Project Manage and maintain happy customers.
User Experience Consultants * 2
Simply put you will be on top of your game. It might be visual design or IA skills but we are only looking for the best. When asked to think outside the box you will respond and ask “what box” . You will be looking to change the way people interact with systems through your innovative thinking and design skills. Your portfolio will illustrate to us if you really understand what we are looking for.
Technical Architects/Consultants *4
We're helping our clients change the face of business online and it’s integration with back end systems. The only way this is possible is for us to recruit the very best technical skills and give them the most difficult challenges to solve!
We're looking for top-notch enterprise software developers, who have worked in all tiers of a n-tier application architecture, who care about best-practices and good software engineering, and who are willing and able to embrace new technologies to deliver solutions. The more of the following boxes you can tick with confidence, the better…
- Enterprise Application Development with J2EE or .NET
- n-tier application development
- Regardless of J2EE or .NET, general experience of the overall platform, with specific experience of the key technologies (eg JDBC, EJB, JMS, ADO.NET, etc)
- Presentation-tier Experience of JSP or ASP.NET
- Experience of rich-client technology advantageous
- Adobe Flex, Flash, LC Forms Technology
- Java Swing or AWT
- XUL or XAML
- Strong OO Analysis and Design Skills
- Software design patterns
- Pragmatism – good balance between designing and delivering
- Strong understanding of relational database technology
- Database design and normalisation
- Experience of one or more of MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server 2000, DB2
- Agile Development Experience desirable
- Unit-testing and/or test-driven development.
The more years of the above you have then so much the better. We are looking for at least two people who have LiveCycle ES forms skills as well as a number utilizing the Flex/Flash skills base.
