Satinder heads the RMA Consulting Adobe Flex application development practice.

During the past ten years working in IT Satinder has spent the last six focused purely on enterprise application projects. With a true passion for human-computer interaction he brings to our clients a dedication to deliver applications that have at their heart the user.

Driven by an obsession for the highest technical quality and passion for the products that he builds Satinder believes that close collaboration between the technical and UX teams is vital to the success of high value software projects. A highly experienced developer Satinder leads our Flex practice guiding the use of agile development methodologies across our teams and encouraging technical innovation whenever possible.

His strong track record of delivering Flex applications spans the banking, media, legal and healthcare industries for clients including Morgan Stanley, Sky and Adobe.
